Earlee Products was founded by Bob Hamilton in 1989 to supply innovative ingredients and products to the Australian food manufacturing industry. This family business first launched in a small building with just five staff members. Right from the start, we focused on using food technology and scientific expertise to pioneer creative and technically superior food solutions.

An even brighter future
Earlee Products opened a custom-built production and pilot plant facility in Murarrie, Brisbane in 2007. This modern and fully equipped facility is strictly compliant with Australian food safety and export standards and is Halal and Kosher accredited.
Continual growth saw us expand into a new, adjacent facility which launched in 2018. This custom-designed, state-of-the-art and energy-efficient facility has doubled capacity, allowing us to penetrate into new markets including export channels. In late 2018, a second well-equipped pilot plant will be fully operational, enabling us to help our partners run larger-scale product trials.
Today, Earlee Products remains a proud family business with a strong, forward-thinking management team. We now have over 80 talented and loyal staff members, including two of Bob’s sons.
