Introducing Lea Reid, R&D Manager
It’s a fresh new year with a fresh new R&D team here at Earlee, led by Lea Reid BAppSc (Food Tech), R&D Manager. Lea has always had a simple yet effective approach to food science and how she applied it daily at Earlee.
“Since a young age food has been an important part of my life. Food not only provides nourishment, but it brings people and cultures together through a common bond.
The highlights of my role as a food technologist are the creation, design and development of food products with the reward of seeing the scale up from 1kg to 2000kg in the manufacturing space and then seeing those products in the market.
It’s also fun to work with creative and innovative people.”
